Employment

Alpha Iron Works is a steel fabrication shop specializing in stairs and railings. We are seeking experienced fabricators and installers.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Experienced with stair and railing fabrication and/or installation
• Able to lift 80 lbs.
• Able to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Mechanically inclined
• Skilled with basic math
• Able to create layouts
• Able to think creatively to solve problems and deal with field conditions
• Self-motivated and hard working
• Installation experience a plus
• Have a good attitude and be able to work with others
• Be production-focused, efficient and open to improvement
